October getaway.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely picturesque town. We got a lovely surprise as we were upgraded to a room with a hot tub and infrared sauna the staff were all lovely! Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were great

Exquisite experience in this resort and mountain hamlet

The resort design in this hamlet brought me to one of the best experiences of my month long tour of southern Italy. The resort experience deserves more than excellent! I’m still in amazement of the architectural design capturing the historical value of the past presented with beautiful modern conveniences. This is a property and hamlet to return to annually.

The fear it’s will become another instagramming stop that will hinder the authentic value of Gratteri and its locals.

Wonderful

Breakfast was really good with a nice selection. The location is beautiful, and my room was amazing, I was lucky enough to be upgraded. The pool is also really nice and the views from the hotel were beautiful. Great place for relaxing. Room was nice and clean and neat.

Spa/massage services need 24hrs notice - which is fair enough.

Excellent value. Quiet and nice. 30 minutes from Cefalu.

The garden and pool are is very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable.

The breakfast selection was limited. We like to stay in bed a little longer in the mornings during our holiday and when we arrive the buffet is half empty. Unfortunatly sun does not reach garden most of the day. Some will say that's a pro but we like the sun

The restaurant was wonderful with large portions, amazing food with great value. Great place to relax to reset and enjoy the beautiful scenery both night and day.

Our experience at this property was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming attention to detail was outstanding. We were upgraded to a beautiful apartment for our honeymoon, featuring three rooms: a jacuzzi room, a bedroom with a private sauna, and a spacious bathroom. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, including the delightful breakfast. The town itself is a hidden gem, magnificent and serene. Despite being a quieter area, we encountered a few friendly locals, all of whom greeted us warmly. It’s worth noting that the climate is slightly cooler due to the surrounding mountains, but this only adds to the romantic and tranquil atmosphere. It’s an ideal destination for relaxation and clearing your mind, with a sophisticated charm that makes it unforgettable.

During the off-season, it would be ideal if the pool were heated, though we’re unsure if it’s worth the investment. Overall, everything was perfect for us, and the property’s sophisticated charm made our stay unforgettable.

Peaceful & comfortable escape in the mountains

A beautiful boutique hotel in a small village in the mountains! Deluxe room is not too spacious, but well equipped. Excellent shower and good bed. Highlight was our tiny balcony with a few over the village. Staff were all super friendly and caring.

There really is nothing to complain about. The quality of the restaurant was good but nothing special. The pool is in the shade after 2pm and very cold. The entire hotel is still amazing value for money and a little peaceful paradise.

Fabulous

An absolutely peaceful place with a unique 180° view on the village and mountains, magic atmosphere to start with. High quality service and infrastructure as well as the delicious food. Very rich homemade breakfast buffet, great price-value offer. The staff is extraordinary friendly, we loved everything about our week's stay at Gratteri Resort.

What can I say? This resort is the paradise. All staff were the best people we came across during our time in Sicily. We got lost in the middle of the village, and Antonio and the maitre came to help us. They were very polite, outgoing and always eager to help us. If we ever come back to Sicily, we will stay here! Additionally, the resort is in a village, surrounded by mountains, so it's ideal to connect with nature, and enjoy the views. Grazie mille for making us feel so special!

Not too many bad things to say, however we had a small problem with the shower facilities that was flooding. Another small issue was that it is slightly difficult to reach the resort if you do not have a car.

Excellent

Staff were friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble.The hotel is clean and new and in a beautiful charming quiet town.

You have to pay for pool towels but we had our own mainly so not such a big problem.
